For any client returning about an on-going issue, please call our Appointments Line and leave a message on the answering machine giving your name, date of birth, post code, and phone number, so that we can find your notes and arrange for an adviser to call you: 01344 418997
Our offices remain closed to the public due to the pandemic. We are working on reopening as soon as restrictions allow and we will advertise what services will be running out of our offices as soon as we can.

At our Bracknell office we operate a "gateway system", in order to minimise waiting times as far as possible. This
means that the first time you come to discuss a new problem we will normally spend a short time obtaining basic
details about your issue and planning how we can help you. This short meeting is called a "gateway". You may
prefer to phone us at this initial stage to avoid any queue and to save travelling costs. If you are returning to
discuss the same problem, but have not been in contact with us for at least 3 months, you will also be offered a
short gateway discussion, so again you may prefer to phone (Adviceline number 0808 278 7914)
In your initial gateway you may be asked to return for further assistance, depending on the urgency and
complexity of your problem. However, we are often able to help immediately, by providing suitable leaflets, or
directing you to online advice.
If you need to return for further assistance after your gateway meeting, this will be for a fixed length appointment at an agreed time. Please bring all relevant paperwork with you each time you visit us.
If you are a returning client who needs to re-arrange, cancel, or book a follow up appointment about an existing issue, please call our dedicated appointment line: 01344 418997. You will hear a recorded message asking for your name, phone number and postcode. One of our admin team will call you back within 48 working hours. Please note: Appointments are subject to availability and cannot always be offered immediately.
