Due to limited resources we are not always able to answer calls and apologise if you are unable to get through quickly.
We will normally spend a short time obtaining basic details about your issue and planning how we can help you. This short discussion is called a “gateway”. During this gateway phone call you may be asked to visit one of our
offices for further assistance, depending on the urgency and complexity of your problem. However, we are often
able to help immediately, by posting suitable leaflets, or directing you to online advice during this initial call.
If you need to visit us for further assistance after your initial phone call, this will be for a fixed length appointment at an agreed time. Please bring all relevant paperwork with you. We are also able to offer phone-back appointments if you are unable to visit one of our offices in person.
