When you make a donation, or sign up to join our fundraising lottery club, we will collect the personal information (i.e. your contact details and payment details) which you provide to us at the time. We use the legal basis of “legitimate interest” to do this, so that we can process your donation or lottery club membership. We will also ask for your permission to add your preferred contact details to our newsletter recipients list, so that we can keep you informed. If you agree, your contact details will be stored with trusted partners to facilitate the sending of emails. These trusted partners may store information outside the EU. If you no longer wish to receive the newsletters, you can unsubscribe at any time.
If you make regular donations or regular payments to our fundraising lottery club, via bank standing order, or direct debit, we will store a paper copy of your payment details securely at our office.
If you choose to join our lottery by completing an online application form via our website, your contact information will be processed by our trusted website hosting company to enable it to be securely emailed to us.
If you join our fundraising lottery club draw, please note that the names of the winners are published on our website each month – first names only.
